Wedding Glow from Top to Toe
6 months out:
If you don't already wax and want to start, now is a good time
- when your wedding comes around you will be smooth and hair free.
To ensure your skin is in fantastic condition book in with your
beauty therapist for a skin consultation to make sure you are using the correct products for your skin
type/condition, this would also be a great time to book a facial and start to have regular monthly
facials.
Start drinking plenty of water and taking supplements such as
EPO to help make sure the skin/body is well hydrated and getting the essential oils.
Nails need to be well looked after as everyone is going to
check out the bling on your finger!
If you have never had your eyelashes done then please have a
patch test done with your therapist.
4 months out:
Your skin will be starting to improve with the regular monthly
facials
Eyebrows frame your face so make sure you are cultivating them
for your therapist to be able to get the right shape and style to enhance your features.
If you are planning to have a spraytan for your wedding, trial
it out now to see if you like it as we don't want the Something about Mary look do we!
3 months out:
Pedicures and manicures are good to start as the nails will be
nice and healthy by the big day.
Another facial would be great about now as you will be needing
the R&R as stress levels are bound to have increased and you need to relax.
